Shipping

Orders placed for $99 or more (after discounts) in the Continental US will receive FREE economy shipping.  Orders under $99 have a flat rate fee for economy shipping.  You may select a faster or expedited shipping method at your own cost.

FREE local pickup is available at 308 4th Ave NE, Waite Park, MN  (Choose option at checkout.)  Take note of store hours on home page.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.  Weekends and holidays are not business days and are excluded from shipping times.  You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but if this is something you are interested in, please email us to let us know.

From time to time, we run big promos and when that happens there may be a slight delay in your shipment.  We work hard to fulfill these orders and get them out quickly but please expect an additional 1-2 business day delay when big promos and sales are happening!

    We understand that not every purchase is a perfect match.  Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. At E and Co., our goal is to make your shopping experience positive, and successfully find you clothing and gifts that you love.   As a small business, we have carefully crafted our policies to balance your needs with our ability to continue to bring you exclusive styles and curated collections.  We've updated our returns policy to offer store credit or exchange only.
    30-Day Return Period: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, unaltered and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, perfume, or animal hair, or damage).  Items must have all original tags attached.  Please return items in the original packaging.
    Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please send an email to elicia@eandcoclothing.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.  The store credit will go onto an e-gift card that you will receive directly in your inbox.  Returns will be processed in 7-10 business days. 
    Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different one, please send an email to elicia@eandcoclothing.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
    Items Not Eligible for Return: Gift cards, candles, and any perishable products (food or drink mixes) are not returnable.  Due to their hygienic nature, intimates, jewelry, and accessories such as hats, belts, scarves, bodysuits, etc. are also not returnable. Please note that all jewelry and accessories are considered final sale, and no exceptions will be made.
    If an items says "Final Sale" in the description, product title, product pages, etc. they are not eligible for return. We don't make price adjustments on any past or future orders. All sale items and items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
    Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you return your items damaged and a damaged was not claimed within this time period, your return will not be accepted.
    Exceptions: Our return policy may be subject to exceptions in certain circumstances. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific situation.

    Shop Pay: If you're using ShopPay or any other installment payment service: all orders that utilize these services are subject to our standard return policy. If you've returned your order and opt for store credit, you will receive E and Co. store credit in the form of an e-gift card. But keep in mind, you'll still need to continue paying off your installments for the total purchase amount.

    Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to resolve such issues.
