HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase and the order status will appear unfulfilled until it has shipped. Once it has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately, we are NOT able to make any changes or cancel individual items from the order.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Jewelry and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Include your order number and full name with your return. Please keep your tracking information. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once items have been received you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the item(s) returned, minus shipping.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
- We are not able to make exchanges of merchandise. You can send your piece back as a return, in which you will be given a store credit that you may use to repurchase a different size/color/piece.
- Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged piece, please send an email with a picture of the damage and order number to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item so we can work to resolve the issue.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If you are missing your package, please contact USPS to file a claim with them.
